Returns Policy

1. Return claims (including for replacement products, refunds or credits) are detailed in Fruity Towels' Returns Policy below. The Returns Policy is expressly incorporated in these Purchase Terms. Please refer to the policy below to determine your entitlement to a return, and the process that you need to follow. Our policy is in addition to the rights you have under Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

“I’ve changed my mind” Returns

2. If you wish to return or change an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Fruity Towels we’re happy to provide a free exchange or refund provided that:

2.1. You return the item within 30 days of purchase;

2.2. You provide your proof of purchase at the time you return the item;

2.3. The item is in resaleable condition including that:

(a) It is still in its original packaging, including, where applicable, all accessories;

(b) It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and

2.4. If these requirements are not satisfied Fruity Towels reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.

Other Returns

3. We run a tight ship at Fruity Towels and have thorough quality control checks in place so if you receive an item that is faulty please let us know. We will of course refund or replace your item free of charge, as long as the towel hasn’t been misused and the care instructions have been followed.

4. Fruity Towels will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

4.1 The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

4.2 The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

4.3 The product does not match our description; and

4.4 You can present adequate proof of purchase.

5. Fruity Towels reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

6. Please note:

6.1 Your original receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase is the best form of proof of purchase

6.2 Refunds will be issued using your original payment method,

6.3 Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
